could i be pregnant ntnp

hi im ntnp as have a 10 month old and would
like another but dont want to try just what
happens happens my last period was about
3 weeks ago for about a week now have been
having on and off like a dull tummy ache low down,
and maybe tmi but bad trapped wind and
now have thrush...
does anyone think this could be a sign of me being pregnant?

i also have really sore boobs and been abit moody x
