My boyfriend and I of 5 years had intercourse on my fertile days as well on my ovulation date if I calculated correctly, I am not on any source of birth control and we do not use condoms, just the pull out method, (he usually pulls out and puts it right back in.) sorry if its TMI. I have been tracking my periods for the last year and they have always been pretty regular. My last period was on June 30,2014 and my next period was supposed to start on July 28,2014 because my cycle lengths are usually 28 days apart. For some reason my period is not here yet, I am now 6 days late and have been feeling slight cramping for about 8 days now (as I usually start cramping 2-3 days before my cycle begins). My cramps are not like period cramps because my cramps usually last all day up until my friend arrives, these cramps come and go periodically and only last about a few minutes. I have been finding myself more tired than usual but not sure if it has to do with how many hours I have been working or if it could be early pregnancy symptoms, (one day last week I slept for 13 hours straight which is very unusual for me) and I'm finding it really hard to stay awake whenever I sit down for a short time. As I stated above my periods are very regular, could I be pregnant? Thank you to those who comment with help :)

Yes there is a chance you could be, I would test to make sure but there are other reasons why you could be feeling this way...One reason you could be late is due to stress or lack of the mineral iron inyour body. A low iron count can cause you to have a missed, delayed, late, or no period. Also low iron can cause you to feel tired/sleepy without doing much. Check your work schedule and make sure you get at least 8 hrs restful sleep. I would also go to your Dr and get your iron levels checked. I've had a simular situation where I had low iron and as soon as I started taking a multi vitamin with additional iron my period came 3 days later and my energy level came back up. And btw I was 2 weeks late so I tested and I was neg on all the tests. I hope this helps. :)
