Could I be pregnant

Hello my name is Sara. I've been going through some weird new things. I was 8 days late on my period. The first day I started bleeding very light not even worth a tampon or pad. Then the next 2 days were a little heavy. Right now it's super light again and on the 3rd day but thought it stopped last night. I've been eating like crazy, back pains, head aches, bloating, just feeling weird. I took tests and all came out negative. I'm also a type 1 diabetic and that can interfere with test results. My breasts also are darker and my bf brought it up that I might be pregnant but we aren't sure. Should I still go to a doctor. Could I be pregnant. Please help!
