Ok, so here's the deal. I want to know if there's a chance I could be pregnant. I think there is, but I want to be sure. Because if there is, I need to make some changes. And fast. Here's the background story:
I went on birth control about a month after having my son. I was on it steadily until this past month, so I was on it for about 5 months. This month I went to get my prescription refilled and the pharmacy was closed. I had to wait until the next day where they told me that my insurance wouldn't cover it and the Medicaid system was down. So I had to wait two more days to get it and by that time, I would have had to take the pills in the pack until sunday and then get a new one. My pharmacy won't give me a new one though because it was not the end of the month. So I couldn't take my birth control this month and I can't start it again until I get my next period.
The Here and Now:
Needless to say, my boyfriend and I do not use condoms. We're used to me being on the birth control. I did not hide the fact that I'm not on BC this month from him, but we still didn't make a very good effort to use other protection. Now I'm having some pregnancy symptoms. My breasts are sore, I'm getting dull cramps in my lower stomach, I'm getting nauseous relatively easily (especially when I think of mac & cheese, my favorite food, or when I smoke), I'm getting headaches a lot, I'm tired all the time, and I seems to be peeing a lot.
The Question:
Is this probably a pregnancy or all in my head or just symptoms from coming off the birth control?
