DD has done nothing but sleep all day. She woke up at 7 had her usual 7oz then slept till 10.30.. She then had her usual 6oz feed and stayed awake intill about 12 and then slept till 3. Woke up had her usual feed stayed awake intill about 5 then slept intill about 7. Had 3oz which is normal for her. Then had a bath and fell asleep about 8 (not even dressed or nappied up) woke up about 8.30/8.45 had another 4oz and is now just sitting quietly staring into space.. She hasn't been cranky or miserable she's had loads of smiles in the periods that she's been awake she just slept near enough all day. Normally she'll wake have 7oz have a play for half hour and then sleep for maybe 1 hour / an hour and a half and is awake most of the day intill about 3 when she has an hour and then an evening nap at 8 intill her dreamfeed at 11.

Do you think she could be under the weather or just having a lazy day?

The past 2 days have been really busy so she's missed out on most of her little naps so could it be possible that she's just catching up on her sleep? I'm a bit worried...Apart from the sleeping today she's been fine..Feeding fine not crying/moaning..What could the extra sleeping be for???

its normal for them to do this every now and then hun as long as they arent showing any signs of distress/temp etc... in fact my LO has been exactly the same today but im also thinking she hasnt napped for as long as usual over the past couple of days so she is catching up now xx

Yeah I took her temp and it was 36.8°c which the digital thermometer said is normal for a baby (anything between 36°c and 37.5°c for a baby) so that eased the worry abit it's just so unlike her x x

Omar used to have days like this when he was younger. He loved sleep when he around ur LO's age. We had lots of "lazy days". He didnt even go through any sleep regression at 4mnths.

Charlotte had a day like this the other day. Her naps today however have been shorter x
