Okay, so my little one is nearly 5 weeks old and is feeding well! He is quite good at night already, I tend to feed him about 10ish and that will do him til about 3/3.30am so I kno he could be alot worse.

Ive been reading up on the idea of dream feeding and I was just wondering if anyone could explain what it is that I should be doing...and at what time?!

Im a first-timer! xxxxxx

The trick is to feed them and keep them sleeping'ish through it - we have done it and I would say just make it a little feed - a few ounces, as it's hard to burp them when they are sleepy and floppy.
The idea is a baby will still suckle when the teat is there even in sleep and shouldnt be too gassy and you're just topping up their tummys a bit so they'll sleep that extra bit longer.

As I said we tried it but she needed a 7oz feed through the night then and no way can you do this really without having them awake imo.

you'll prolly find your lo starts sleeping longer anyway soon.
