It’s possible yes, any sperm still on or around his penis could have gotten in - however it is unlikely that you will get pregnant. I’m pretty sure the chances are 20% every month - and that’s if you’re having sex multiple times around your ovulation date. So I think the chances of residual sperm making it to your egg and causing a pregnancy is unlikely, but it is possible.
