my mum in law has vericous veins and the inner part of her leg is swelled and red,also hot to the touch and shes having real bad pain with it? anyone know what it could be?

Sounds like a clot. She should go to ER/ A&E.

possibly sounds cellulitus?? when you press on it is it like its filled with water? (best way to describe it sorry ) maybe a trip to out of hours docs is best for her
