could this be implantation?

I'm not sure if I'm currently 12dpo or 15dpo. I had what i thought was implantation cramping at 7dpo or 10dpo. But now im having sharp pains. Very unlike AF. Could this be implantation? in which case, should I wait to test?

If you are 15 dpo I would assume it would be safe to test by now. Sharp pains could be gas, or it could be more of the implantation, it's a process and the embryo continues to burrow for a bit, I think it can do it three separate times? I know at least twice.
I'm hoping it's good news for you, my uterus has been feeling really weird lately, and I should know weird by now. LOL
