Hey ladies, I'm not sure if I'm in the right forum but Im experiencing something I never experienced before. So my period was suppose to come may 7th but it never came my bf and I have been trying to conceive so needless to say we havent been using protection. On may 16th I started spotting it was very light and brown it lasted for about an hr and was very light. It continued for two days just in the a.m I would spot for an hr or so then it stopped I figured it was I.B but it threw me off when I got my period on Monday May 19th ... on tuesday I had it for half of the day. ..and today nothing at all expect like discharge which is sooo weird I usually get my period for 5/6 days wth could this be im soooo confused.scared.nervous. .forgot to mention I took a test on 15th it was negative what do u guys think it is please help!!!

I don't want to freak you out because I could be TOTALLY wrong and you could end up getting a postive down the line. But I would get blood tested. Something similar to this happened to me last year and I was bleeding on and off for about 13 days before I ended up seeing a doctor. I ended up being told it was a miscarriage but my hcg level went up from there. It turned out (after 9 visits over a month's time) that it was an ectopic and it ruptured. I wish it had been caught earlier because I ended up losing my left tube. Again, I don't want to freak you out but if you're not getting positives on the HPT you should get the blood test. If you are, and you are bleeding, it's not usually a good sign. I hope for your sake you have better luck than I did. But don't take any abnormal bleeding lightly. Visit your OBGYN, it can't ever hurt to be sure. It could end up being IB, but especially if you start bleeding again go see your doctor. It could also just be a weird cycle.
