Could this be the cause of the delay?

I went to the gp he suggested hvs and urine analysis for me (no symptoms presentation) yesterday the result came out with moderate growth of E coli and scanty growth of candida, i wonder if that can be the cause of me not getting my BFP after a lost last year.
Pls has anyone experienced this before?
