Courses- Would it be free for me?

Hiya, I wanted to do a makeup artist course , ive allready done beauty with a bit of makeup and i work in the makeup industry but i wanted to do a more intense course.

If i work 16 hours and get working and child tax credits would i be able to do a course for free? my partner got made redundant so he doesnt work?

i'd contact the college (or whatever establishment it is) that runs the course...I did a polish language beginners course last yr and paid a reduced fee (about a third of the normal fee). I get income support, CTC, housing benefit etc.
