Im confussed - sometimes i read that its fine to put whole cows milk with porridge or weatabix and others i read they can't have any cows milk till 1 year?! which is it? i know they can't have it as a drink but what about with cereal?! xx

It's fine for them to have it on cereal but they still need to either be drinking formula or breast milk x

^^^^What Bec said. I cook with it or use in porridge but not to drink :D

We are told not to put it in cereal, here it's formula/breastmilk/water in cereal. The only things that can contain cow's milk before a year are yogurt, cheeses, and things with it cooked because it breaks down the proteins in the milk and make it easier to digest. but just poured in cereal and mixed, no. But I've noticed it's not what's recommended in the UK, just the US
