Cows milk v growing up milk

My wee one is about to turn 1 and I'm wondering about what milk to give her. I started putting cows milk in her porridge but she didn't seems to like it and I ended up putting her formula back into it.

She only has 2 teeth at the bottom so when it comes to food it's still mashed a lot and she doesn't eat a lot of food. She never liked baby food jars or pouches except the stage 1 stuff which she would take often if she wouldn't eat anythin else.

So now she's coming off her baby formula (aptamil 1) I don't know what to do. I know the growing up milk tends to be the makers getting more money off people but it seems to have all the nutrients that she needs. When she refused her food I always relied on her formula to get something to to her so now I'm lost. The fact she's only two teeth and very fusy eater should I give her cows milk or growing up milk.
 
After about 1 they really should be moving in the direction of getting more nutrients from food than from milk, with milk just being a drink or a snack rather than a primary source of nutrients. I would start to approach it from that perspective and find new ways to interest her in food (perhaps finger foods rather than mashed, how many teeth she has doesn't matter, my daughter ate finger foods from 6 months with no teeth and with only 2 until 11 months when she got the next set). And then, it matters less what you give her in terms of milk and is more just down to preference rather than necessity. We made the switch to cow's milk. Personally, it's made life so much easier to not have to buy, store and make up formula and my daughter actually likes cow's milk much more. My reasoning was that it's also a whole food and something she'd eventually have to get used to whether it was now or later as she wouldn't drink formula for the rest of her life. There is also some research to show a link between growing up milks and tooth decay as it's more sugary that cow's milk. For us, it just made sense and was a lot more convenient to use cow's milk. We also do a daily vitamin supplement, which makes sure she gets any vitamins or other nutrients that she may not get in her food for that day. You might consider doing that as well if you do decide to switch to cow's milk and it's recommended anyway for most children.
