Cramping question

I've been off depo about 5 months and had my first normal period this month. And now I'm CD 7 and I have very mild cramping. My menstral cramps were for sure worse this doesn't really even hurt it's just noticeable. Anybody else have/had this? I haven't had a period since July so I forget what it's like sometimes haha thanks

how long ago did af end? It could just be the end of your period =)
