I have been having slight menstural like cramps all day I was 4cm dilated and 100% effaced dont want to go to hospital unless in labor

Some wemon do just feel cramping (luckys) when having contractions. Is there any timing to them or your tummy getting hard

Start counting them. If there's a pattern then it's likely contractions, if not, cramping is pretty normal.
