cramps at 4dpo? worried :/

hello ladies,

4dpo and been having cramps all day! they are similar to af and quite mild but still strong enough for me not to feel like doing much...

i dont understand as i know this is way too early to feel symptoms but am not imagining them. i had an ectopic pregnancy in march so getting a bit panicked that its happening again :S

please if anyone has had/is having the same thing let me know... or if you know what this could be i would find it very reassuring!

This is normal at this point. Sometimes I get them the entire 2 WW. If it is unbearable I would go get checked out but if you can stand it then I would say its just one of the wonderful things about being a woman.

I've had them when pregnant and when not! I'm 5dpo and I've been having them all day, hoping its a good sign xxx
