Crampy.

I have been crampy for a week straight. I'm exclusively breastfeeding my 5 month old. I spotting/bleeding every other week until 3 weeks ago. My Doctor told me it was normal irregular bleeding, but didn't say it was a period. The cramping feels VERY similar to the cramps I used to experience before my period. What could this be? I am really, really hoping it's not pregnancy related! DH and I have only had sex a handful of times since 8 weeks PP.

Maybe it's your uterus reacting to the breastfeeding hormones; that will lessen with time. Or maybe it could be your period.

Cramps can also mean nothing...could just be your body adjusting after birth. Unless the pain is constant and or very painful, I wouldn't worry.
