Crosshairs gone, bleeding, soy, 4/5dpo WTH HELP !!

Today is 4-5 dpo, had my + opk sunday gradually got lighter until nothing a few days ago. Had terrible backache yesterday then when i went to bathroom before bed there was light red fresh looking blood! This am FF took crosshairs away because my temp plumeted badly.. blood turned pink this am but only there when checking cp+cm, few tiny red spots mixed in.

Did soy really give me a 4 day luteal phase!? Its only day 17 !!

Has anyone got any exprience with this please as it is baffling me!! x

Bleeding/spotting has stopped but i have cramps and keep getting shooting pains in my back... anyone? x

Could be implantation cramps and bleeding, I think it sucks but it's one to wait out for a bit before testing. I've taken soy though and it's never shortened my lp so good luck x

can't believe the one cycle i got a + opk ff took my lines away lol, every other month it gives me lines and my blood tests show i actually didn't ovulate. ff isn't my friend!!

Thought 4dpo would be too soon for implantation bleed and dip but the only way i'll know for sure is to wait it out.. eugh. just wondered if anyone else had had a similar experience really!

Did you have alot of spotting/random bleeds whist on soy? as you can see by my chart out of the last 16 days i've had 9 days with some kind of bleeding :/ x

Update: checking cp/cm this evening and more red/pink :/ feeling a little worried now..

Looking at your chart I dont see any sign of confirmed ovulation hun sorry x

So what about the + opk sunday, can you have a + and not ovulate?? x
