Does anybody have any direct lines to managers in the bolton office

Couldnt read and run though i dont have a clue about any direct lines etc

I am not entirely sure but i think i read somewhere that its all done by computer system there as in you have to email or write a letter to them!

The only thing I can think of is go to your local CAB or local MP and see if they can help with getting in touch with anyone higer up in CSA etc!

I wouldnt use those numbers that start 0845 or something.....cost a fortune of the phone bill suppossidly!!

Thanks ...they are taking the piss over 900 is sat there waiting to be paid out and they cant see why it hasnt yet are doing nothing about it

Ohhh that would piss me off something shocking!!!! Hmmmm.....you could try ringing them every single day and tell them thats you are in financial difficulties with a LO this close to xmas etc and keep demanding to speak to someone higher if they fob you off!! xx

i have rang most days since march even in labour ...i told them lily was prem and i didnt have the money to pay the rent ...they dont care ...to them i am just a number
