custom board book site?

I want to make a custom board book for my baby like the pages are hard so he can't rip it or eat it lol. I know pintsizedproductions and I've already made the book, added it to my cart and had it disappear on me twice so I'm absolutely never using that site again. shutterfly seems to only do hardcover photo books. Any other recommendations?
