Cycles too short

So my doctor is seeing me next week to put me on something to help lengthen my cycles.

Has anyone had this issue? What med do they give and does it work quick?

The femara never helped. I took it for five cycles combined with two IUIs and it didn't work. My cycle was longer, i ovulated multiple follicles, but I never got pregnant. We got our BFP naturally on our 38th cycle just by surprise. We weren't trying at the time and had actually decided to live childfree. Go figure.
