Cyclogest for low progesterone anyone else

I have to take it from 3dpo to my period and I have been on it now a year and a half. I ovulate on my own and I would have thought I'd be pregnant by now. I'm a little sad my period starting today. My bbt charts are looking better now I have lost weight so I am hoping things are improving but there's just a bit of me wondering if I'm just kidding myself. I have a review tomorrow with my Dr and just worried they will take the meds from me but without them I have a very short lp. Anyone else on them a long time and got pregnant eventually?
