Cyclogest what was ur symptoms/bfp on it

So this is my 2nd cycle on cyclogest last cycle I cramped from the 2nd day and I had a 16 day lp rather than my.usual 9 or 10 so was great. This cycle on 4dpo smells make me feel sick and sore breasts. 5 dpo sore breasts and 6dpo nausea again. So don't know if this is a good sign or the progesterone anyone on it or experience it? What happened
