Cyct and ttc

Totally new here, sorry if I don't abbreviate everything right, or even at all.. My husband and I have been ttc for 6 years with no luck. I started clomid 50 mg cd3-7 (oct 21 being cd3) I finally got a faint positive on opk Nov 3 and have been doing bd every day since cd 10. Nov 6th I started having severe abdominal pain and Nov 7th I had an ultrasound done that showed 3 ovarian cyst. My question is, could I have conceived and developed cyst at the same time? Is it too early for an ultrasound to detect pregnancy?? I know af should start in a few days but with ovulation being so late af will probably arrive late as well.. Just trying to easy my mind. It's been a long road.
