D&C recovery question

I had my d&c Saturday. Today (Monday) I'm so incredibly sore. Like my stomach and back all the way down to my thighs. I'm hobbling around and can barely move. I've taken ibuprofen and using a heating pad.
Also, I'm having a very tough time sleeping. It feels like it's due to hormone crash but I don't know. If I take unisom or something like that for a few nights should that be ok?

I would think it would be OK but I've never been in that position. Just wanted to offer you support. Hopefully someone hops on here and can help you.
