No you don't need to know. Do you know his national insurance num? It would take them a while to find him though so it's good to have as much info as you can to help.
The CSA would take the stress out of it for you, something you don't have to think about then.
Was just curious when you mentioned about him changing job a lot.

Im sure i have it somewhere as i keep all my important letters so probably have it on one of those. Will have to try get the address out of him before he leaves then. im happy to not claim though as long as he is seeing his son
