My Oh always comes home when LO is in bed but he insists in going to her when she cries because he says there is nothing like the feeling of your little princess going to sleep in your arms.

On my first day back at work, hubby was watching LO. He had flowers delivered to my work and then he turned up unexpectedly at my work at lunchtime with Madi to take me to lunch. So cute

my heart melts every time i see OH with LO. Shes started really laughing recently and OH lays next to her on the carpet and chats to her and kisses her nose and she giggles her little head off at him. I find myself wiping tears away most days cos it makes me so happy!! x

I think I must still be hormonal too because I did the same! A lovely, heart warming thread!

My OH is a fantastic dad!! During my pregnancies I don't think he realised a baby was on the way but he enjoys getting up in the mornings with them and lets me sleep and its the best way to wake up listening to my little boy screaming with laughter at daddy! He taught him to look away from you up at the ceiling, sideways glance and then 'rar' you...Jacob spent about 10minutes doing it to me yesterday and I couldn't stop laughing while daddy watched on bursting with pride! Was sooo cute x

I just love it when in the evenings OH just watches Belle on the monitor and gets all emotional and wells up, saying how amazing she is.

My OH made me cry when one evening when we were round at the MIL and he was tucked away in a corner quietly singing "Truly Scrumptious" from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang whilst he cuddled her off to sleep...just beautiful.

I am very lucky to have such a hands on Dad and they have such a close bond...now crying thinking about it! x
