Know that lo needs minimum of 18-20oz a day at the moment which can include milk used in cooking on cereal. But what if they have a different milk in cooking and on cereal? For instance lo is on nutramigen but I'm starting to give her some oat and coconut milk in cooking etc. does that still count towards her milk intake or is it only their formula you count?

not on topic but I read your header as DAIRY milk intake... and I was intrigued as I just had FOUR snack size bars and about to get some more and thought we both being naughty eating choc! ha ha :haha: just me then!!!

Sorry cant help with question hun as all new to me too! :hugs:

You count the amount of formula you use in food too, but remember uneaten food is hard to count what has been missed IYKWIM? X

Yeah that makes sense.

But can you count milk in their food if its not formula but other milk???

I think its only actual formula that counts. I may be wrong but i think the coconut milk etc wouldnt be added to that total x
