Dark Brown Dots

I have no clue how many weeks I am as I was told that it was too early to do an ultra sound. Blood work was done on Friday to determine if my HCG levels have risen from 250. I should have an answer when my clinic opens. I have noticed today that when I wipe there is either pink or a brown like spotting and now there are some small brown dots on the tissue. I'm freaking out a little and I don't remember this happening with my little one whom is now 5. Is this normal? Are these blood clots? Im not bleeding enough to even wear a sanitary napkin but I am scared now that I wipe and see these dots (Blood clots) no cramping though, but my breast are no longer tender. ��������������

Ive had spotting in this pregnancy and its so far fine. Had brown discharge in week 5 and i had a brown bleed yesterday too. I was scared yesterday but it stopped. Just make sure you tell your dr x
