Dark spot on breast

I just noticed yesterday a dark spot about an inch outside of my areola. It looks like a piece of areola just drifted south a little. It's the same color as the darkened outer perimeter, and I can almost see some light freckling leading to it from the areola. I've read that this can be normal due to melasma, but I was just wondering if anyone else has noticed anything similar. I am super paranoid about my skin, and will be bringing it up with her ASAP. I hope she will have some sort of referral magic powers. It always takes sooo long to see a dermatologist.

I haven't had anything like that happen to me buy one of my best friends got a third nipple when she was pregnant. Could be the same thing, apparently it can happen.

It went away right after she gave birth.
