dark spots on skull

Went it for my u/s and they said my girl looks good but they saw a dark spot on the brain/skull was told it could be a cyst ( which is best case and can just go away) and worse a sign for downs. Baby girl.wouldn't hold still enough to get a good picture so I'm off to winnie palmer next week. Trying not to freak out or google lol. Has anyone else had this?! I'm hoping for the besr but preparing if not and the good thing is if it is downs its not the end of the world, just the start of a new life.
