Hey everyone!
Me and OH are trying to decide on a date for our wedding. I would love to get married in a May, but I think 2012 might be to soon and I won't have enough time to plan, and venues will be booked up. I really don't want to get married in 2013! Don't need more bad luck! But think 2014's too far away.

What would you do? Is 2012 enough time to save up and plan everything? Am I being stupid about getting married in 2013?

Were getting married in 2012, depends on your budget and saving etc - and were planning on saving for most and if the date creeps up on us and we havnt finished paying we'll probs get a small load to cover whats left. But it really down to your own budget and bargain finding Good luck xx

i would sooner rather than later, but we;re getting married 2015 lol. money is a pain...

we are thinking about getting married in 2013, would love to be able to do it sooner but we have a huge loan thats paid off in 2012, so would have extra cash after that to put towards a wedding.

I got engaged in January, and get married next April (15 months) and dont feel too rushed with anything. It just depends how much you have to save I suppose - you want to give yourself enough time for that x
