Day 21 progesterone levels low on Clomid??

I wonder if anyone can help me, I have just done my first cycle taking Clomid (first time for 2 years anyway), took it day 2-6 and used CBFM which said I ovulated on day 14. Had day 21 progesterone blood test which has measured at 18, which my consultant's secretary has told me would normally indicate no ovulation. She said they usually take a reading of 30 to show that ovulation has ocurred.
First question is, could the CBFM have been wrong, does Clomid mess it up?
And second question is, if I did ovulate and my progesterone is just low, doesn't this mean that it wouldn't be good enough to sustain a pregnancy if by some miracle I did manage to conceive? I have already had 2 MMCs and couldn't bear to lose another one for such a straightforward reason, when I could just take progesterone supplements to 'fix' it. So far my MMCs are 'unexplained' but couldn't a low progesterone level at this stage cause the pregnancy to stop?

Hope someone has some advice as I can't take much more.

Yes you are right, low progesterone can cause misscarriage, I have low Progesterone, I've been told its not why I can not conceive and that its more of a concern for people who are pregnant, so to me it seems that could have played a role in your M/C's?

Mine was 19 on my 21 day blood test and they told me I had ovulated, they seem to tell us all different things?? I do wonder if its my issue sometimes as they can't find any other reason with me.

I think its quite hard to get progesterone from the NHS, I did read on here a few weeks ago about a lady who had to go to a private GP to get it..

Did you speak to your Dr about this?

I have piece of paper that says <5 = no ovulation 5-30 = inadequate ovulation. So basically if you want to get preggers you would probably want it to be greater than 30. x
