Days are going slow!

12 more days until my first unltrasound/ NT scan. I'm so excited, nervous and impatient! It has been hard waiting to finally know everything is going ok. Hurry up dec. 28th!!!
How is everyone else doing in their pregnancies?

hi!
my nt scan is tomorrow!!!! i am going to see a genetic counseler.
I am mostly excited, and only a little nervous. this isnt my first ultrasound, but from what i understand, the genetic drs do a high resolution ultrasound...so im really excited to see a very detailed sonogram!

yours is right around the corner!!! its very exciting isnt it?

My pregnany is going great so far. I feel great. I had no morning sickness(thank you baby Jesus) , only fatigue, which is easing up fast!

I also have managed to avoid morning sickness... So thankful! Just tired and sore boobs - ouch!

Star how was your NT? I have mine with a genetic counselor so I'm hoping the scan is very detailed.

Good morning.
my NT scan went great. the measurements were within limits.
we will probly stop there.
no more testing or screening unless they see something to be concerned about on the ultrasound.
the scan was very clear....but he said that at 16 weeks they will do an even more detailed scan looking from head to toe!
we are very happy and feel truely blessed

I'm glad everything went well. I hope mine goes well too. If the NT comes back normal we are going to stop there. I don't want to do anything else. I will let you know how it goes for me.

Yes, i think we are done with testing as well.
I am however tempted to get the maternal21 test...i think thats what its called.
but that one can determine boy or girl!!
the tech and dr told me im having a boy....
so i would like to know for sure.
im on the fence about it though. ;/

they didnt say how sure they were that it was a boy--but thats what they said.
I keep reading its too soon to tell.
so...I am going to just tell myself its a boy--and maybe he will turn into a she by my next appt (anatomy scan)

Scan went well today it was unreal watching the baby on the screen...I found it very overwhelming. Baby measures 13 weeks and 1 day so my due date is now July 4th.
After the appt I called my mom from my car and cried my eyes out. I think because it all became so real and all the stress over the past couple of months just made me sob like crazy.
I'm feeling better now after a 4 hour drive back home.

No idea! The tech said not until 18 weeks... Boooo! I also have to wait for a week for my cd in the mail (cost $30)... I thought they would just provide them?
Maybe because I was at the hospital for a speciality appt rather than in my own town with my doctor?
The other thing is they found 7 fibroids. I had surgery to remove a bunch about 4 years ago (have a c section scar as a result). I'm hoping when I see my doctor in a week that it will be ok (will probably have to have a c section).
I bought a couple of maternity things yesterday because I can no longer fit in my dress pants and I have one pair of jeans left that fit... Yikes!
Yesterday was such a wild rollercoaster of emotions. But today I'm feeling much better . Now to figure out when to start telling people at work etc.

Beachgal I'm so glad everything went well. Boo for waiting on the cd and anatomy scan. Now you can enjoy your pregnancy. I got to see my twins and I am on it was beautiful. My NT is three weeks away. Wish me luck!
