I have started to let Skyler sleep in his own room for daytime naps.He still sleeps with me during the night. What prompted me to let him sleep in his own room during the day was because he already fell of our bed twice. He wakes up and starts to crawl and then he falls. Fortunately our bed is very low. I'm not taking chances anymore. I tried to let him sleep in his crib in his room but he refused,so I took out his cribmattress and placed it on the floor and he seems to be happy with that!
If this goes well for about two weeks,then I will start doing it at night time too. He is becoming a big boy now and taking up our bedspace. Will keep you all updated. I'm sure the other co-sleeping mommies also have the same worries as me.
