****December Testing Thread**** 23 BFP's

Hi ladies, sorry I didn't update you all yesterday! I finally got my BFP :happydance::happydance: 15 months ttc after my mc and our last iui attempt, I finally got my two pink lines! I'm still in shock, it hasn't sunk in yet.

I took my first beta yesterday and it was 98, I go back tomorrow for second beta hoping it doubled! As far as symptoms, after 15 months all symptoms become the same lol. Only different thing was I kept getting dizzy every so often and I had constipation, but I blamed that on thanksgiving. I was craving fresh tomatos with salt which i hate tomatos, lol. The night before I tested I had a meltdown. My af cramps were so strong and it totally brought me down. I couldn't stop crying and dh was just holding me....low and behold the next morning I get two lines!!!

Lets hope after this long 15 month journey, we have our sticky bean(s) and our rainbow bab(ies).

Congrats!!! You def deserve this after 15 mo of trying. Best of luck and a happy and healthy 9 months to you! :-)

I don't know what to expect as this is my first month ttc and first month off birth control so I don't know how long my cycles are or anything but I have my breakthrough bleeding on Wednesday or Thursday and then probably will just start bding almost everyday until the end of December and take a test if af hasn't come by Jan. 10. So I won't be joining you guys for December testing but congrats on all the BFPs and I hope there's a lot more.

I will be testing on 12/13/12..hope to get that :bfp:. This is our first cycle of trying.

Hello Ladies

Does anyone know how diff the temps would be from orally vs vaginally? I have not been having luck BBT orally. My temps are always so low thinking it might be from other conditions like sleeping with my mouth open, cold room, diff times of the morning, etc. So this am I also took my temp vaginally and it was quit different than my oral temp. Oral 97.58 vaginally 99.2. Any thoughts?
 
Vaginal temps almost always run higher than oral temps. I rarely dip below 97. I had erratic temps when I was temping orally. I switched and it was much easier to determine a predictable pattern. I use a digital.

My only problem is I tend to fall asleep while temping and miss the beeps. Since you aren't trying to hold it in your mouth, it's much easier to accidentally do that.

Hi Tulip, sorry I've been MIA since the TTW. I didn't want to obsess over those two weeks so I tried to hang low. How have you been doing?

AF is due today and still haven't seen her, hoping she forgot where I live :haha:

I'm not sure what to think of this cycle so just going to wait and see what happens.

This is sure a lucky thread and month though!! Congrat's to all those ladies that have been blessed with a early Christmas gift and GL to those who are still waiting to test.

Babysaa- mine is MIA today too! Any symptoms? I've been having an off/on very dull "ache" in uterus- no longer feels anything like AF. No Pms or bloating. Slight boob twinges,slight green feeling and indigestion, more lotiony CM, cervix still soft and now going high (it's been like a yo yo though lol)
Btw- I have officially quit smoking! It took longer than I planned- but better late than never :-)
