Decidual Cast EVERY month!

I feel super alone on this and my docs don't really give much info when I ask, but, every month I shed a decidual cast which is extremely painful. Instead of bleeding for about 5 days, I shed my whole cast of my uterus at once and lightly bleed for about a day or two after. I am just wondering if anyone else experiences this? I had a miscarriage back in 2013 and it seems as though that is when it started.
I can't shake the feeling that maybe it is contributing to us struggling to get pregnant. We have been trying for over a year and not even one squinter of a positive. I have pics what comes out every month but doctor's seem perplexed and just passively say "well, your uterus is just really good at cleaning itself out for a new month."

Sorry it's so long, but I just would like to know if I'm not alone.

I would consider visiting a proper Reproductive specialist or seeing a private gynaecologist - general GPs in my opinion know lots of things not well enough!

Thank you, my DH has been trying to get me to see one and I do think it's about time I see a specialist as well. I was trying to put it off because of, well, money and I am not sure what my insurance will and will not cover when it comes to Reproductive Specialists. Thank you for replying though. When it's so quiet, it confirms that it might be rare.
