I know I don't post on here very often, but I thought I would give a quick update on what has happened.
I made it to the magical 38 weeks with very little need for intervention but with lots of checks. At 35 weeks it became apparent that baby was breech so various things were put in place to try and turn baby. At 37+6 my waters went but things didn't progress and it was decided bang on 38 I would have to have a c section. We were waiting to try a vaginal birth. When baby was delivered it was apparent that the cord was around his neck this was probably the reason he couldn't turn.
So after having one preterm baby born @ 30 weeks, Declan John was born 29.1.10 at 18:05, weighing 3060 kilos.
Thanks for the advice through out the pregnancy, this site is a wonderful source of support for us all.
