Delay of AF while down regging?

I just wondered what other people's experiences of this were. When I down regged for first cycle, AF came bang on time, and was pretty normal for me. I am not 5 days overdue. Tested yesterday and got BFN. I was really crampy yesterday and really felt like AF was coming, but nothing.

I know down regging can delay AF, but by how long?

yea can I also know what "down regging" is? I have not heard it anywhere

down reggin is the start of ivf u use a nasal spray or injections to stop u ovulating

its down regulation - just down regging for short

Ok, thanks. Thats reassuring that I'm not the only one. I've just got tokeep on waiting. Got a blood test on Thurs to check I've down regged so I hope it comes before then.
