Yeah would help a ton if the DCC was standard... or at least as common as cutting right away. I think I'd guess that in my area, DCC is not the norm at all. I'm thinking waiting a minute might be long enough to get benefits but not too long that it increases jaundice risks... I need to ask my OB next week! But he's not really all that helpful usually, so I don't have high hopes... you guys are a wealth of knowledge though!

I've read at least 90 seconds for the benefits. Also, studies have not shown an increased risk of severe jaundice.
