at the rate your loosing it's not going to take you long to get to target xx
I love weight watchers! I will be doing this diet after I've had my baby as I know it deffo works for me.
I used to have a Friday or a Saturday off my diet, by saving points or making them back up - this used to do me the world of good so don't worry if you have a day off x
Im the same as you im 10st 6lb and aiming for 9st5lb (id love to go down to 9st as i used to be 8st13lb a few years ago but i looked a bit scrawny) can i be your weight loss buddy? lol
My DH works away but whilst he's away my eating habits are terrible and i rarely eat lol so we'll see how this week goes! My weightloss journal is below VVVVVVVVVVVVV
