Thank you! I found it in the $5 bin at Rue21 and I snatched it up right away! I love finding little things like that, it helps me feel pretty even though I'm not skinny anymore. lol

I'm not sure where all their stores are at, but here in the southern states of the US they have them. Each store seems to have different prices I've noticed though. There are two Rue21's here, about 20 miles apart. One store had a shirt I wanted for $20, drove back to the other one and they had the same shirt for $9! lol.
