Delivery with a hip out of alignment

Before I got pregnant, my doctor discovered my hip is out of alignment. I've been waiting 8 months for physio, and now have my first appointment with them next week.

I'm now 26 weeks, and wondering if anyone else here has given birth with a hip out of alignment.. Wondering if there would be any complications, or if it would be even more painful... Any insight would be much appreciated!
