My milk supply has pretty much diminished. I've been trying to get Connor on every hour when I'm at home and taking Fenugreek but nothings working. My milk supply was never great once I went back to work from stress and being busy. I'm even fortunate enough to use a hospital grade pump at work but I still don't get much. We have tried multiple formulas this last month and have found one that really works for him but I feel so depressed about stopping. I get to the point where I'm in tears because I just want him to want to eat from my breast and I want to have more milk but I know it's time to let it go. I really wanted to make it to a year and I feel horrible for not reaching that goal. I'm hoping that I can still get him to feed when he wakes and goes to bed but I'm not sure if my milk will dry up because that's only twice a day I also really wanted to get through the flu/ cold season. I have absolutely nothing against bottle feeding as a mother knows whats best for her child, I just thought I would breastfeed until 12 months

sorry for the long rant..... I guess I just wanted to feel like I'm talking to someone as I'm so down and most of my friends could care less about this kind of topic.

Hun if you can feed twice a day then do it!! There are many ladies who only do 2 feeds a day and their milk supply doesn't dry up!
