i went on it had 2 doses and came off it, i put on alot of weight 2 stone and i felt sick all the time and was a complete moody cow, i wouldnt recommend it, i wasnt ttc, but glad i wasnt as i was told it would take me over a yr to get my fertilty back. doctors grrr

I had one shot of depo and my periods came back in 4 months. The only part I hated was bleeding for the first 3 weeks straight I also gained 15 lbs as a result! (and I was a newlywed, so we ate a lot )

I had 1 depro shot in june 08 and i put on loads of weight lost my libido just hated it but i am now 12 weeks pregnant so it didn't take that long for me to get pregnant afterwards.
