Dermoid cyst while TTC

So I kind of need to vent as well. On April 20th it has been a year since my loss. I thought for sure I would be pregnant by now. I have always had irregular periods but I would skip months. Now after my d&c I have 2 week periods. My dr told me to temp for one more cycle (last cycle started on 3/25) and then either do bcp or d&c. I thought I was implantation spotting but today is the 4th day of bleeding. So I am losing hope and think the is on her way.

I went to the dr a couple of hours ago and they found a pretty large cyst on my ovary (which he thinks is a dermoid) that could be causing the bleeding. Anyone have any experiences? Can dermoids cause infertility?
