Eeek, DF turns 30 on August 9th and my plan is to try and see if his cousin can come down and take him out and stay the night, they are close but don't get to see each other often and DF has no friends here!
I need a back up plan though incase his cousin can't make it, any ideas? I want to surprise him but I can't think of anything else.
A party is basically out of the question.
