Just curious about the usual dosage of DHEA people are on if taking it? Here in Canada you need a prescription and it must be compounded. Most often it is written for 25mg 3 times a day. Any success stories?

I took DHEA before I got pregnant. I could only take a quarter of .25mg pill because it caused me to be to grouchy and have symptoms. I would suggest you try dosage yourself to the level you would feel comfortable with.

And to add to what Garnet said, I would suggest that you work up to an acceptable dose for you instead of starting off with the full dosage (75mg per day).
