Diaper pail?

So i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for which diaper pail is the best one, i dont like having to buy the special refills but i dont think there are any left sold in canada that dont use the special refills.

i just have the diaper genie (sp?) II and i bought a refill every 2 ish months

I've got the diaper champ, you can just use regular trash bags with it

I'm from the US though, so I did a search on CA babies r us and this is what i found that doesnt use refills:
